Emily Rhyne and Kassie Bracken gained exclusive access inside the only hospital in one of the hardest hit neighborhoods. Our team spent days inside St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, Queens, to document how staff was coping and coming to grips with what they had just experienced. For many viewers, it was the first glimpse of the horrific toll this deadly virus had taken on the city’s front-line workers.
